No purchase necessary to participate. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Latina Mom Bloggers (“Sponsor”).

On from June 20, 2013 from 9 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST, five winners will be randomly selected from the Twitter Party participants who have both RSVPed and actively tweeted during the Twitter party with the hashtag #CampCasa

To be eligible to win one of the prizes, please RSVP at www.latinamombloggers.com, log onto Twitter during the party and actively tweet using the hashtag #CampCasa.

Anyone who has met the requirements will be automatically eligible to win. Latina Mom Bloggers will randomly select winners during the party. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be asked to confirm receipt of their prize to Latina Mom Bloggers via a form sent to the winner during the party. Failure to complete the form within the party timeline will result in disqualification and a new winner will be drawn.

Must be a resident of the contiguous United States or D.C., 18 or older to participate. The “Transitions ‘Healthy Summer’ #TransitionsLens” Twitter Party (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Transitions Optical (“Sponsor”). The Promotion is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

THE PROMOTION

The Promotion will consist of a Twitter Party as described below. The Twitter Party entry period begins at 10:00 a.m. EST on June 19, 2013 and ends at 10:00 p.m. EST on June 19, 2013. Void where prohibited by law.

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty contiguous (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a Twitter account prior to the time of entry. Entrants must submit all required information, including a qualifying response to “Transitions ‘Healthy Summer’” Twitter Party to be eligible to win. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win a Prize (defined below) in the Promotion: a) persons who are directors, officers, employees or agents of Sponsor, Administrator, Agency (Burson Marstellar, Inc.), Latina Moms Media, LLC, Inc. or of any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, advertising, promotion or distribution agency or independent contractor of such entity; b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Promotion; and c) persons who are immediate family members (defined as spouse, IRS dependent or biological or step- mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, or son and each of their respective spouses) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, and/or individuals who reside in the same household, whether related or not, as any person in any of the preceding categories. Limit one (1) entry per person and/or Twitter handle for the Promotion. If an Entrant is found to be entering with more than one Twitter handle, all entries submitted by such Entrant will be void.

WINNER SELECTION

DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be selected randomly to be held during the duration of the Promotion on June 19, 2013 from 9 – 10:00 p.m. EST.  To be eligible to win one of the prizes, participants must RSVP at www.LatinaMomBloggers.com, log onto Twitter during the party, follow the @Transitions handle, and answer one of the prize questions correctly using the hashtag #TransitionsLens. Latina Moms Media, LLC will randomly select winners during the party. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. If a potential winner does not respond during the Twitter party and comply with the instructions, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner selected. d. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, an entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account from which it was sent. The authorized account holder shall be the natural person to whom the applicable has been assigned by the Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential Winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential Winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

e. Disqualification. f. Right to terminate or modify Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, without prior notice and at any time, to terminate the Promotion, in whole or in part, or modify or suspend the Promotion for any reason including, but not limited to, if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions have destroyed or severely undermined the integrity and/or feasibility of the Promotion. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein or by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or manmade epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion.

g. Early termination of Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated, in whole or in part, before the designated end date, Sponsor reserves the right to select winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.

h. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

ANY PERSON ATTEMPTING TO DEFRAUD OR IN ANY WAY TAMPER WITH OR DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY SUCH PERSON, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the event Presenter is prevented from continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein or by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or manmade epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Presenter’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Presenter shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion.

 

(g) Early termination of Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated, in whole or in part, before the designated end date, Presenter reserves the right to select winner in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination.

 

(h) These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Presenter. The #LaFaldaBienPuesta Orgullosa Twitter Party” (the “Promotion”) is presented by Procter & Gamble (“Presenter”). The Promotion is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Promotion, as determined by Presenter and its agents, are final in all respects. The Promotion is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

 

The Promotion will be supported through a website RSVP page hosted by Latina Moms Media, LLC, Inc.

THE PROMOTION

The Promotion will consist of a Twitter Party as described below. The Twitter Party entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. EST on March 12, 2013 and ends at 8:00 p.m. EST on March 19, 2013. Void where prohibited by law. The Twitter Party begins at 7:00 p.m. EST on March 19, 2013 and ends at 8:00 p.m. EST on March 19, 2013, (“Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who have a Twitter account prior to the time of entry. Entrants must submit all required information, including a qualifying response to “Board of Faldas” Twitter Party to be eligible to win. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win a Prize (defined below) in the Promotion: a) persons who are directors, officers, employees or agents of Presenter, Administrator, Latina Moms Media, LLC, or of any parent, subsidiary, affiliate, advertising, promotion or distribution agency or independent contractor of such entity; b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Promotion; and c) persons who are immediate family members (defined as spouse, IRS dependent or biological or step- mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, or son and each of their respective spouses) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, and/or individuals who reside in the same household, whether related or not, as any person in any of the preceding categories. There is one way to enter: (a) online at www.LatinaMomBloggers.com (the “Website”). Log on to the Website, follow the prompts to RSVP and tweet during the party using the #LaFaldaBienPuesta. If an Entrant is found to be entering with more than one Twitter handle, all entries submitted by such Entrant will be void.

WINNER SELECTION

DRAWING AND WINNER NOTIFICATION: .  To be eligible to win one of the prizes, participants must RSVP at www.LatinaMomBloggers.com, log onto Twitter during the party, follow the @Orgullosa handle, and answer the prize question correctly using the hashtag #LaFaldaBienPuesta. During the Promotion Period, Latina Moms Media, LLC will randomly select potential winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be asked to confirm receipt of their prize to Latina Moms Media, LLC via a form sent to the winner during the party. Failure to complete the form within the Promotion Period will result in disqualification and a new winner will be drawn.

If a potential winner does not respond during the Promotion Period and comply with the instructions, prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Presenter’s discretion, an alternate winner selected.
